University Teknologi Brunei

University Teknologi Brunei is a national research university based in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. It was established as a higher education institution in 1986, offering higher national degree programs in engineering, business and computer science. The institution was transformed into a university in 2008 and its name changed from Institut Teknologi Brunei to Universiti Teknologi Brunei. UTB has approximately 2,303 students and 140 faculty members. It produced 4,483 HND graduates and 128 graduates. Academic programs are offered by the Faculty of Engineering, the School of Computer Science and Computer Science and the School of Business:
The programs of the Faculty of Engineering are in Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Petroleum and Chemical Engineering. The programs of the School of Computing and Informatics focus on creative computing, computer information systems and computer network security. The School of Business's programs are in economics, accounting, and management. The Center for Communication, Teaching and Learning supports teachers and schools in terms of language skills and the development of students' soft skills.
